Coucou Nina,
J’ai ajouté de la mozzarella pour son côté doux et onctueux qui vient contrebalancer l’acidité de la vinaigrette.
En tout cas ça me ferait plaisir d’avoir ton avis si tu la testes 🙂

Elle a l’air vraiment délicieuse, Il y a bien là tout ce que j’aime, sauf peut-être la mozzarella (dont le goût est un peu fade pour moi).
